BreachClock is a product of DownStream Health Technologies, Inc. BreachClock is not currently intended to receive, store, or process Protected Health Information. DownStream does not currently offer a BAA for BreachClock. Enter incident metadata only. Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, or other raw PHI. Free-text fields are scanned for common identifiers such as Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses. Matching text is rejected on save and redacted before AI analysis. Scanning is not a HIPAA safeguard and does not make BreachClock a PHI system of record. When AI analysis runs, structured matter facts and related excerpts may be processed by approved AI service providers, including OpenAI, to draft assessment briefs.
